What I offer is experiential, embodied and relational. It happens through direct experience, not concepts or techniques to apply later.
It integrates stillness, awareness and subtle energetic support to meet you exactly where you are. It's responding to what is alive in the moment and allowing understanding and release to arise naturally, at your own pace.
