Meet Flavius

Today, I hold spaces where discovery, release, and becoming can happen gently

Presence, stillness, and subtle energetic support guide the work — not fixing, forcing, or offering answers.

What matters most is the space we create together, where your own intelligence can unfold naturally.

I didn't arrive here through a straight or easy path

A few years ago, I reached a point where life felt unbearable. I was deeply exhausted, disconnected, and questioning whether life itself was worth continuing.

At that lowest point, I began writing down the questions I could no longer avoid — about meaning, identity, and what it truly means to live.

That moment didn't lead to answers. It led to listening.

When life asked me to listen

  • I entered therapy and stayed with it for over two years.
  • I discovered meditation in a Buddhist center and learned how to sit with what is present rather than escape it.
  • I walked the Camino, slowed my pace, and allowed silence to reshape me.
  • Vipassana deepened my relationship with awareness and honesty.
  • Along the way, I explored family constellations, shamanic work, ayahuasca ceremonies, and other ways of meeting what lives beneath the surface.

Two years ago, Reiki entered my life…

… not as a solution, but as a confirmation.

Through Reiki, I experienced how much transformation happens simply when a safe, attuned space is present.

I completed my second-level certification and began practicing — not to heal others, but to hold a field where healing can unfold naturally.

Presence comes first

The work I offer is based on the space we create together.

The tools — meditation, parts work, Reiki, or other forms of inquiry — are supports, not solutions. They serve the process, not the other way around.

My role is not to guide you toward answers or fix what feels broken. It is to accompany you quietly, with steadiness and respect, while you discover what is already true for you.

If you are here, you are likely already on your way. I simply walk with you for a part of the path.

You don't need to be ready. You don't need to know what you're looking for.
If something in you is drawn toward stillness, honesty, and gentle discovery, you are welcome here.
